  1. All this is good but with the current life style it’s tough to follow 100%. For permanent relief surgery is the only option. Nevertheless, we should anyways follow above points for healthy lifestyle.

  2. I am applying aloe vera near the piles to get relief from the pain. I am taking warm baths regularly which stopped the bleeding. I am even eating green vegetables and drinking lots of water. When there is pain, I am using ice packs. But I don’t think these are going to help. Can you please suggest me a permanent solution?

  3. You can always go for a laser treatment.That way, you can get relief from pain quickly but do consult a doctor before going for a surgery so that you might not get any side effects afterwards.
