Anovate Cream for Piles

Anovate Cream is a combination medicine that is used to relieve pain and bleeding in patients suffering from internal or external hemorrhoids (piles) and anal fissures. This medicine is also used to relieve pain after hemorrhoid surgery and inflammation of the anus and rectum.

Uses of Anovate cream

Composition

Anovate cream is made of these three substances primarily – Beclomethasone (0.025 %) + Phenylephrine (0.1 %) + Lidocaine (2.5 %).

  • Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks the blood vessels in the affected area of skin and decreases swelling.
  • Beclometasone is a steroid that restricts the formation of certain chemical messengers known as prostaglandins that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
  • Lidocaine or Lignocaine is a local anesthetic that works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain thereby decreasing pain sensation.

Price of Anovate cream in India

Price of Anovate cream in India is INR. 100.00 for a 20gm tube.
