Doctor has explained very clearly the issue and made me understand the problem. 10/10 For the surgery and doctor. And also special thanks to the Prestyncare team member who handled the process from A to Z without any hiccups, their service is unmatchable, he cleared all my doubts and helped me with everything even post OP. The way they follow up the things with hospital and insurance team the discharge process is also very good.

The care I received was somewhat satisfactory. I had to request multiple times to get a follow-up appointment. Other than that, everything was good and the results were also as expected.

I really appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Prudvinath Sir for Piles and Fissure surgery. He operated in very gentle, friendly and professional manner. He made me comfortable in all aspects pre-hospitalization , during surgery and post surgery periods. I am really thankful and grateful to him to check my health condition post surgery almost every week.

On 12th March, 2022, My son Anuroop underwent Piles & fissure surgery at Medicover Hospitals, Hyderabad. My son was very anxious and scary before even diagnosing.
