During the first appointment, the doctor will only diagnose you and formulate a rough treatment plan. First, they will collect your medical history, along with a history of your present illness, such as when your penile problems began, how long you’ve had them, etc.
Once the history is taken, the next step is the physical examination and diagnostic tests. The surgeon will physically and visually examine your condition and following that perform the appropriate diagnostic tests. If it is not possible to perform the diagnostic tests at the clinic, they will direct you to a radiology/laboratory diagnostic test center.
Based on the preliminary results of the examination and the tests, the surgeon will formulate a rough treatment plan, that will be confirmed when they receive the results of the diagnostic tests.
