Mohit Varshney is the Vice President of Patient Experience, Training and Quality in Pristyn Care. With over a decade and a half experience of understanding the consumer needs in some of the world’s leading service brands such as American Express and ICICI; and involved across various functions such as the engineering, product, operations, delivery, and now patient experience, Mohit brings the ‘service mindset’ and ‘empathy’ as the ground rule for all operations in Pristyn Care. Leveraging his multi-dimensional experience, he thrives to build structured and automated solutions to serve patients so they can focus on only what is important, that's- their health!
