Does Grade 1 Gyno Go Away Without Surgery?

Grade 1 or stage 1 gyno in teenagers can resolve without surgery. When gynecomastia develops due to hormonal imbalance caused by puberty, it is called pubertal gynecomastia.

Risks Involved with Grade 1 Gyno Surgery

However, some risks or complications may occur during or after the surgery. These potential risks and complications include the following: 

• Infection at the incision site
• Hematoma or blood accumulation in the treated area
